Hi, I'm Erin Regan

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I help women and young adults navigate the challenges of today's complex world.

Whether it’s navigating the prenatal or postnatal periods, the transition to motherhood, emotion management, relationships, career transitions, self-esteem, or identity exploration, I am here to help you learn to trust yourself, discover your strength and empower you to take the next step on your path to wholeness and healing

My Story

My Journey To Becoming A Therapist

Like everyone else, I've been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help.

Through my own experience of young adulthood and later becoming a mother in the height of a pandemic, I can relate to the unexpected difficulties and identity shifts that are unique to each of these life transitions. Being forced to face the prenatal and postpartum stages of my motherhood journey with limited support, I was left feeling overwhelmed and alone.

I know what it's like to feel hopeless in the midst of personal challenges and major life changes, which is what has ignited my passion to be a source of support for those facing hardships and seeking to rediscover who they are.

I Have A Genuine Interest In Others And Bring An Open, Non-judgemental Presence To Sessions

I have a natural ability to

Help people identify what they are feeling.
Help people feel comfortable.
Accept people for who they are and in their current life circumstances.
Help clients heal their past and manage the present.

People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can help people feel heard and understood which helps people feel seen and inspires healing.

Our Sessions Are Focused On You

I believe every person is unique, and your journey is deserving of personalized care, which is why I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach in treatment.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to treat the whole person and provide a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

Together, we will explore your concerns, identify strengths, and develop strategies to help you heal and work towards your goals.

As A Therapist

I Embrace The Following Philosophies

I believe that there is no shame in asking for help.
I believe that emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated.
I believe that you are strong enough to be present with what you may be going through.
I believe that therapy should address the person as a whole - their mind, body, and spirit.
I believe that loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, scars and all, is one of the most courageous things we can do.

My Professional Background

I am an LMSW and am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I received my Masters in Social Work at Arizona State University.

I have over a decade of experience working with children, youth, families and individuals in the community mental health setting, most recently serving as a Clinical Director for a local agency.
